Training can be described as a planned experience which brings about a change in behavior; training is not to be the expense but investment. Chate School & Jr. College has been highlighting the issues related to quality education during the training programs of different categories of chate school & Jr. College staff. They are organized with the following objectives:
Continuously upgrade the vidyalayas and the level of motivation of the teachers through training.
Dissemination of Management Educational Policies, Program and initiatives for better awareness.
A continuous up gradation of the skill of teaching and non-teaching staff –at least once in 5 years.
Well structured induction programs for new recruits.
Content enrichment for weak teachers.
Improving English language teaching abilities and setting up Language labs
Collaboration with specialized external agencies for sharing of resources and capacity building.
